1. Application Process

The application has to be made on the prescribed application form available on the company's website or in its office.

All applications are needed to be accompanied by supporting documents, including evidence of identity, evidence of residence, and evidence of financial means.

Specific fee for processing the application will be paid and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility Criteria

No other residential plot of the applicant's in the locality served by Adon Housing Company.

Application should produce affidavit sworn by first-class magistrate deposing that applicants have no other residential plot elsewhere in the area.

3. Allotment Procedure

Allotment shall be affected by a committee of persons assigned by Adon Housing Company on the basis of eligibility and available plots.

Public notice regarding the name of successful applicants will be published on the company website and in local newspapers.

4. Payment Terms

Applicants must submit earnest money with the application, which will be adjusted against the price of the plot at allotment.

Buyers must adhere to a payment schedule fixed at the time of allotment. Failure may result in cancellation of allotment.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Allotments will be cancelled in the event of providing false information or non-adherence to payment terms.

Refunds in the event of cancellation due to non-payment will be made after deducting any charges that may be applicable.

6. Transfer and Mortgage

The plots cannot be transferred or sold without the company's approval.

The plots can be mortgaged to banks or financial institutions with the company's approval.

7. Dispute Resolution

Differences arising out of allotment or otherwise shall be resolved by a grievance redressal system established by the company.

8. Changes to Rules

Adon Housing Company can modify these rules as and when necessary, with notice to parties so affected.
